Muthoot APT Ceramics.. our second customer



Way back in 1997 when we started our business with time & attendance automation systems, we were selling the system like a concept in Kerala. We had spent lot of our time and effort to convince Personnel Managers (there was no HRD Managers then) how they can benefit by installing an attendance system (During that time many large companies with hundreds of employees were depending on manual system for attendance monitoring). Many managers could not accept the idea of automation as they believed that their complicated shift management cannot be automated….

( perception is a reality is it not ? …many of those managers are retired now and today attendance system is very popular and we even have installation with less than 5 employees too )


One day Mr. Thomas Muthoot of  Muthoot  Pappachen Group  along with his manager Mr. Shaju Mathew and his officer  Mr. Jose Joseph  came with us to  visit N/s. Binani Zinc, Edayar ,Kochi that was our  first attendance system  installation .  Mr. Thomas Muthoot  was obsessed in a project  M/s. Muthoot  APT Ceramics that was coming up at cochin export processing zone( now it is cochin special economic zone ). Mr. Thomas Muthoot took personal interest to understand the system and finally decided on us. That was our second order for attendance system.
